Zyia Active has a 30 day money back guarantee! Your items must be unused and in the original packaging. Items that appear altered, damaged, or marked up in any way do not qualify for return. When exchanging for the same item in a different size Customer covers shipping. ZYIA waives restocking fees. Customer covers return shipping + $2 restocking fee. If there are any defects to the items purchases, ZYIA covers return shipping, waives the restocking fee and covers shipping for a replacement item.

Zyia Active's Blue Moon Guarantee is a warranty against manufacturer defects. If your clothing hasn't performed, we want to know about it and make it right. Our products are broken up in to three categories; staple items, seasonal items and limited edition. Staple items have a large inventory and will always be restocked. Seasonal items are in stock for only a few months and will not always be restocked, but may return another time. Limited edition items frequently sell out very fast and will not be restocked.
